Above is a Canon HV30 along with a 35mm adapter, Canon 50mm lense and 3 Tiffen filters. I've already been testing it out and so far I've been getting great results even in low light conditions. Over the next few weeks I'll be shooting alot of test footage. I'll be preparing for my next major short film which I hope to shoot in December. So what's my next for me? At the same time I will be preparing for another short film that I've talked about before. "NADA ES PARA SIEMPRE" or "NOTHING IS FOREVER" is a short dramatic piece. This will be SAG so I'm getting an early start on this one. I plan to shoot in mid to late January or early February, so I would say 2-3 months is plenty of time. This one is going to be at the very least a 2 day shoot. I may spread it out over 2 weekend's, one day each to make it easier on everyone. The cast for this is crucial as this will be a very personal film for me. Also right now the script is at about 25 pages, the final draft about 30.
